Sales force Expert

All activities within application support life cycles activities including business process analysis, system configuration, testing, user training, enhancements documentation and incident management and resolution. Provide in-depth application and business support and consultation in CRM processes
Analyze customers pain-points, requirements & objectives, develop/enhance business processes to meet customers’ business needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• A degree in MBA Sales/Information Technology/Information Systems or similar
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Designing and implementing developing solutions on force .com platforms.,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, controllers and extensions, triggers, batch processes and APIs.,
• Experience in developing custom, responsive UI using Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Components along with Controllers and JavaScript/jQuery/Bootstrap.,
• Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant.,
• Expertise in using REST API’s, SOAP Web services, S-controls, SOQL, SOSL.,
• Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation, Communities and Force.com Sites, Single Sign On., End-to-End functional awareness of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.,
• Knowledge of Development/Coding standards and best Practices in VF/Apex and governor limits.,
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica/ Cast Iron.,
• Basic Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred.,
